TPL Plastech Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The board of directors of TPL Plastech Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.60/- (30%) per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
