The board of directors of Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd has considered and recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5/- (15%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023, Subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
