Sika Interplant Systems Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Sika Interplant Systems Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 4/- per Equity share of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2023. The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date AGM. The date for the 37° AGM of the Company and corresponding record date will be announced in due course.
