Bhagiradha Chemicals and Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Bhagiradha Chemicals and Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e May 13, 2023, recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 30%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 and the same shall be paid subject to approval of the shareholders at ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 04, 2023.
