The Board of directors of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.10/- Paisa per share for the financial year 2022-2023, and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
