Air India Ltd not to renew agreement with Accelya Solutions India Ltd

Air India Limited ("Air India"), one of Accelya Solutions India Limited's top customers using various services provided by the Company under various agreements has informed us that it does not wish to renew an agreement with respect to one of the services being provided to them by the Company post its expiry. The agreement is due to expire on 31st December, 2023. We further wish to inform you that the overall impact of non-renewal of the agreement is likely to be less than 10% of the Company's standalone revenues.

Shares of Accelya Solutions India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1291.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1445.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23639 in over 2922 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1416.75 and intraday low of 1281.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31483047.00.
