IDBI Bank to divest additional 0.01% stake in NSDL

The Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd., at its meeting held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 has granted an approval for divestment of an additional stake of 0.01% of the paid up share capital of National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL), thereby revising the total divestment of Bank's stake up to 11.11% of NSDL's paid-up share capital.

Shares of IDBI Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 54.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.37. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1024697 in over 3520 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 55.55 and intraday low of 54.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56165138.00.
