LTIMindtree Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 40

The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 40/- per equity share of Re. 1 each, for approval of the shareholders.

Subject to approval of shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The Record Date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend and the date of the AGM, shall be intimated in due course.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4320.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4158.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33512 in over 3732 trades.
