Lloyds Steels Industries Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Lloyds Steels Industries Limited at their meeting held today i. e. 27th April, 2023 have considered and recommended dividend of Rs.0.10 paise (i.e., 10%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting, The Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval in ensuing AGM.
