JTL Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of JTL Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., 26th day of April, 2023, has, recommended an equity dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per share of face value of Rs. 2/- each i.e. @ 10% for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, on Equity Shares, which shall be subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the 32nd AGM of the Company.

The Dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration of the same at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
