HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.90

The Board of Directors of HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited ("Board") at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, April 26, 2023, has approved and recommended final dividend of ₹1.90/‐ per equity share of face value ₹10 each for the financial year 2022‐23, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
