Angel One Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Angel One Ltd has approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share (i.e. for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), will be paid within 30 days from date of AGM.
