Greaves Cotton Limited updates on land sale

Greaves Cotton Limited had announced the signing of MOU on proposal for sale of Company's land located at Akurdi Village, Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Pune, Maharashtra to Runal Developers LLP on or before 31st March, 2023, subject to signing of definitive agreements between the parties and necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.

The company is awaiting necessary regulatory approvals and accordingly the definitive agreements have not yet been finalized between the parties. The company is expecting to close the transaction by the end of first quarter of FY 2023-24.

Shares of Greaves Cotton Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 127.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97369 in over 1565 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 127.45 and intraday low of 122.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12200357.00.
