Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Ltd approves issue of securities

The Board of Directors of Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Limited ("the Company") in their meeting held on Wednesday, 29 March, 2023, has considered and approved the issuance of Unsecured, Unrated, Unlisted Subordinated Debts of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each.

The Board of Directors considered and approved the allotment of 1545907 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at an issue price of Rs. 22.75/- per equity share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 12.75/- per equity share) for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 35169384 on a Preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and in terms of approval accorded by the shareholders through Postal Ballot and In Principle Approval from BSE.

The Board of Directors considered and approved the issuance of unrated, unlisted Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each aggregating to Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crore only).

Shares of Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 18.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 481 in over 18 trades.
