Taparia Tools Limited recommends interim dividend

The Board of Directors of Taparia Tools Limited at its Meeting held on Saturday, 4th March 2023, have considered to pay Interim Dividend for the F.Y. 2022-2023 @ 775% on its 30,35,750 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs. 23,52,70,625/- to be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the Record date i.e. 16/03/2023.
