Gradiente Infotainment Ltd to collaborate with Abdullah Group of companies

Gradiente Infotainment Limited (Gradiente) is in talks with BU ABDULLAH GROUP of companies for a possible collaboration and JV/JO in Middle East and African Region.

These efforts are part of Gradiente's expansion and diversification plan with projects outlay of INR 18 Billion (Rs. 1800 crores / US$ 218 Mio / AED 800 Mio) unveiled so far, of which INR 11 Billion (1,100 crores / US$ 133 Mio / AED 489 Mio) in Media & Entertainment business and Business News Channel, "Gradiente Business" at a project outlay of INR 7.00 Billion (700 crores / US$ 85 Mio / AED 311 Mio.

The entire expansion of Gradiente is likely to be funded partly by private placement, preferential allotment, debt & ADRs. Currently, Gradiente is actively traded on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The company's authorized capital is enhanced to INR 400,000,000 (US$ 4.84 Mio)

Dr. Bu Abdullah is an Emirati businessman of par excellence, having his expertise in law and business, and he currently owns more than 270 companies in Asia and other parts of the world with his company Bu Abdullah Group of Companies which includes Real Estate, Legal firm, and business consultancy.

His work has been applauded for his commitment and thorough professionalism. In 2005, he embarked with his own company called Bu Abdullah Group of Companies roping in top lawyers and business professionals. He pursued his degree in law to get an edge over the subject so that he can offer the best services to his clients. His professional advice worked for many and so far, he has dealt with more than 200 companies all across the Middle East and Asia catering business and law solutions to big corporations to small-size companies as well.

Mr. Bu Abdullah, is visiting India in March, 2023 for further discussions and possible understanding between both the companies.

This possible JV/JO with BU Abdullah Group Dubai, has a potential to achieve a top-line of US$ 10 mio (INR 80 crores approx.) and a bottom line of US$ 2 mio (INR 16 crores approx.) for the FY 2023-24.

Shares of Gradiente Infotaintment Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.09 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.71. The total number of shares traded during the day was 237728 in over 98 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.09 and intraday low of 8.09. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1923219.00.
