BPCL to raise Rs. 1500 crore through NCDs

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is planning to raise up to Rs. 1,500 crore during the current financial year 2022-23 through private placement of unsecured non-convertible debentures subject to market conditions. The debentures are proposed to be listed on Debt Market segment of BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The details of the issue viz., class of investors, issue price, tenor, interest rate etc. will depend on the market conditions which will be announced on crystallization of the issue.

Shares of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 326.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 331.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 80012 in over 2807 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 333.40 and intraday low of 325.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26278891.00.
