UGRO Capital Ltd raises Rs. 20 crores through NCDs

The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of UGRO Capital Limited ("Committee") at its meeting held today, i.e. Monday, 20th February, 2023 has, approved an issue of 2,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable Non-convertible debentures, ("Debentures") each bearing a face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) aggregating up to Rs 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores only), for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on a private placement basis.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 155.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 705 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 156.45 and intraday low of 152.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 108856.00.
