Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd at its meeting held on 11th February, 2023 has declared an Interim Dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 and the same shall be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on Wednesday, 22nd February, 2023 which is the Record Date fixed for the said purpose.

The said Interim Dividend will be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company on and from Monday, 6th March, 2023.

Shares of Balrampur Chini Mills Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 363.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 363.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49248 in over 1922 trades.
