JK Paper Ltd declares interim divdiend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of JK Paper Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., on Monday, 6th February 2023, has approved payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 of Rs. 4/- (40%) per Equity Share on 16,94,02,344 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The said interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 17th February,2023 which is the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

The interim dividend shall be paid/despatched to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of its declaration i.e. on or before 07.03.2023.

Shares of JK Paper Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 409.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 400.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51343 in over 1849 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 411.30 and intraday low of 404.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20945200.00.
