Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, January 24, 2023, has, considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (40%) per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2022-23.

The board has fixed the record date, as February 02, 2023, for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before February 23, 2023.
