Banaras Beads Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Banaras Beads Ltd at its meeting held on today 16th January, 2023 has declared Interim Dividend for F.Y. 2022-2023 @ 20% on equity share capital (Rs.2.00 per share).

The 'Record Date will be 30.01.2023' for the purpose of payment of said interim Dividend on Equity Shares. The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the Record Date i.e. 30.01.2023 and the beneficial owners as per details received by the Company from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.

Shares of Banaras Beads Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 81.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15308 in over 481 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.70 and intraday low of 82.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1328644.00.
