Lotus Eye Care Hospital IPO receives 0.27 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Lotus Eye Care Hospital Ltd which opened for subscription on June 12, 2008 has received subscription of 0.27 times till 5:00 PM on June 16, 2008.

The company has come out with an IPO of 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 38 to Rs 42 through 100% Book Building process.

The issue has received bids for 2710500 equity shares against the offer of 10000000 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 175200 shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 2503950 equtiy shares against the offer of 5000000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.5008 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received no bids against the offer of 1500000 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.0590 times with bids for 206550 shares against the offer of 3500000 equity shares.
