Paul Merchants Ltd updates on fraud incident at subsidiary

The Cyber Crime Cell of Chandigarh Police has arrested 5 persons in relation to the cyber fraud Incident occurred to Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company i.e. Paul Merchants Finance Private Limited ("PMFPL").

The arrested Persons are presently being interrogated by the Police and any further developments in this regard, will be disclosed by the Company in due course.

Shares of Paul Merchants Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1338.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1346.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 522 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1370.00 and intraday low of 1335.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 703078.00.
