Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd completes acquisition

Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of the following:

- 50% stake in Saiganesh Enzytech Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U01100MP2022PTC063261) ["SESPL"] by way of subscription to the issue of 19,991,663 Equity shares of SESPL on private placement/preferential issue basis, at a total consideration of Rs. 59,974,989

- Additional stake of 4.83% of JC Biotech Private Limited (existing 85% subsidiary) (CIN: U65993TG1991PTC013624) ["JCB"] by way of purchase of 1,000,000 Equity shares from one of the existing shareholder of JCB at a total consideration of Rs.68,000,000. Post completion of transfer of said shares, the shareholding of the Company in JCB has increased to 89.83% of paid-up share capital of JCB.

Shares of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 284.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 283.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3564 in over 231 trades.
