Unistar Multimedia Ltd signs agreement with Pragee Gold Mining Ltd

Unistar Multimedia Limited (UML) has signed an Agreement with Pragee Gold Mining Limited (PGML) on November 30, 2022 to acquire rights to mine gold from their gold mines and to further sell / distribute in all countries except India.

Unistar Multimedia Limited (UML) will acquire right of mining and will share 40% share in net profits arising from this business segment, after considering all related expenses.

Shares of UNISTAR MULTIMEDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 47.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 136380 in over 343 trades.
