Adani Enterprises Ltd to raise Rs. 20,000 crores through public offering

The board of directors of Adani Enterprises Limited (the "Board"), at its meeting held today, i.e. 25th November 2022, has approved the proposal for raising of funds by way of a further public offering through a fresh issue of Equity Shares by the Company aggregating up to ₹ 20,000 Crore and to seek approval of the shareholders for the aforesaid issuance by way of postal ballot process.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3922.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3903.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 109450 in over 9763 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3935.00 and intraday low of 3822.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 424963030.00.
