Sadhana Nitro Chem announces debottlenecking / expansion of existing plant capacity

Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited ("SNCL") has announced debottlenecking / expansion of existing plant capacity.
ODB2 (THERMAL PAPER COLOUR FORMER)

On account of strong global demand of our ODB2, SNCL is increasing its ODB2 capacity from its Existing 550 TPA to 2000 TPA.

SNCL plans to increase utilisation of ODB2 plant expanded capacity in Q4 of FY 2022-23 to 60% and in QI of FY 2023-24 to over 90%.

PAP (PARA AMINO PHENOL)

SNCL has started successfully manufacturing PAP achieving desired quality and output level under batch process. Multiple local and export clients have approved our quality and all material (albeit small quantities, of product) manufactured through batch process manufacturing has been sold out.

SNCL now plans to migrate manufacturing of PAP from batch process to continuous process to attain full production capacity in the existing plant. It is expected that this migration will be completed by mid-December, 2022 and the continuous manufacturing PAP process will be operational from middle to end December, 2022.

The above debottlenecking, expansion and migration will be done within the CAPEX plan.

Shares of SADHANA NITROCHEM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 137.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 131.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89050 in over 566 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137.75 and intraday low of 132.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12175300.00.
