TCI Express Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of TCI Express Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on Monday, October 31, 2022, has declared Interim dividend for FY 2022-23 @ 150% (Rs.3/-) per Equity Share of Face value of Rs.2/- each to the Shareholders, whose names will appear on the Register of Members on the RECORD DATE i.e. Tuesday, November 08, 2022, which has been decided in due consultation with the Stock Exchanges.

The payment of dividend / dispatch of warrants will be completed within/before 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend.
