HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd signs amendment agreement with NCHRI

HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited has executed an amendment agreement to the Limited Liability Partnership Agreement dated March 20, 2017 ("LLP Agreement"), with Nagpur Cancer Hospital and Research Institute Private Limited ("NCHRI") and Dr. Ajay Mehta, on October 27, 2022 ("Amendment Agreement") amending the capital contribution proportion in HCG NCHRI Oncology LLP ("LLP"), as partners of the LLP.

As per the Amendment Agreement, the Company, NCHRI, and Dr Ajay Mehta shall contribute to the Capital of the LLP, as partners, in the proportion of 87.14: 5.44: 7.42, respectively. Prior to the amendment, the Capital contribution of the Company, NCHRI, and Dr Ajay Mehta in the LLP was in the proportion of 76:8:16, respectively.

All other terms of the LLP Agreement, remains unchanged.

Shares of Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 280.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 283.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10423 in over 548 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 286.45 and intraday low of 280.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2941281.00.
