FACOR Alloys Ltd issues termination notice to RTVNPL

FACOR Alloys Ltd has issued a notice dtd. 27.10.2022 to M/s Rajadhiraj Tirupani Vinayak Natraj Private Ltd. (RTVNPL) for termination of conversion agreement executed on 01.08.2021, with immediate effect due to continuous breach of the various terms of the aforesaid agreement by the RTVNPL.
