Zenith Computers Board to consider dividend for 2007-2008

Zenith Computers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.

To consider declaration of dividend.

To determine the period for the closure of the register of members and the share transfer books of the Company.
