GMR Infrastructure Ltd to raise up to Rs. 6000 crore

The Board of Directors of GMR Infrastructure Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held on September 02, 2022 (concluded at 04.45 p.m.) have approved raising of funds of up to ₹ 6000 Crore in one or more tranche(s) through issue of securities including a Qualified Institutions Placement and/or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and/or any other securities as an enabling resolution as per the requirements of applicable laws, which shall be subject to approval of shareholders and other regulatory and/or statutory approvals, as applicable.
