Adani Total Gas Ltd forms two subsidiaries

Adani Total Gas Ltd has incorporated two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries on 26th August, 2022 as per following details:

- Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited ("ATEBL"), with an Initial Authorized Share Capital of INR 1 Lakh and Paid-Up Share Capital of INR 1 Lakh to, carry on the business of developing, establishing and operating Bio-Conversion Plants at various locations and to produce Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and supplemental products including Organic Manure and Fertilizer in solid & liquid form and to do all necessary and incidental business activities in this regard. ATEBL will commence its business operations in due course.

- Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility Limited ("ATEEL"), with an Initial Authorized Share Capital of INR 1 Lakh and Paid-Up Share Capital of INR 1 Lakhs to, carry on business of e-mobility areas like setting up Electric Vehicles (EV) stations directly and through its network of dealers, EV charging and to do all necessary and incidental business activities in this regard. ATEEL will commence its business operations in due course.

Shares of Adani Total Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3459.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3365.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28746 in over 3064 trades.
