Dabur India Ltd announces changes in board

The Board of Directors of Dabur India Ltd have on 11th August, 2022, approved following changes in the position of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Company.

The board accepted resignation of Mr. Amit Burman from the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the close of working hours of August 10, 2022. Mr. Amit Burman shall continue to be the Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The board approved the appointment of Mr. Mohit Burman (who is currently the Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Company) as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. August 11, 2022.

The board also approved appointment of Mr. Saket Burman as the Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. August 11, 2022.

Shares of Dabur India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 581.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 582.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26477 in over 1483 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 587.90 and intraday low of 573.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15379564.00.
