Nazara Technologies Limited allots 3,28,32,304 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Nazara Technologies Limited has approved the allotment of 3,28,32,304 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 4/- each on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. The shares are allotted in the ratio of 1:1 i.e; l(one) new fully paid up equity share of Rs. 4/ - each for every 1 (one) existing equity share of Rs. 4/- each held by the eligible equity shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members maintained by the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent or Register of Beneficial Owners as maintained by the Depositories as on June 27, 2022, i.e. record date fixed for the purpose.

Accordingly, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,13,29,216/ - divided into 3,28,32,304 Equity Shares of Rs. 4/- each to Rs. 26,26,58,432/ - divided into 6,56,64,608 Equity Shares of Rs. 4/- each. The Bonus equity shares as allotted above, shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.
