Espire Hospitality Ltd to run and operate Country Inn Bhimtal and Country Inn Corbett

The board of directors of Espire Hospitality Limited has approved proposal to enter into an Owner-Operator License Agreement with M/s Forest Fern Hospitality Private Limited, a related party, to run and operate its "Bhimtal" resort in the name and Style "Country Inn Bhimtal", situated at Bhimtal, Uttarakhand w.e.f 01.07.2022.

The board also approved proposal to enter into an Owner-Operator License Agreement with M/s Forest Fern Resorts Private Limited, a related party, to run and operate its "Jim Corbett" resort in the name and Style "Country Inn Corbett", situated at Ramnagar, Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand w.e.f 01.07.2022.
