NRB Bearings Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of NRB Bearings Ltd, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2.00 (Rupees Two only) per equity share of face value Rs. 2.00/- each i.e. 100% (One Hundred percent), for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The same will be paid out to the Members of the Company within 30 (thirty) days of its approval and declaration by the Members at the ensuing 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
