Taparia Tools Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 52.50

The Board of Directors of Taparia Tools Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has considered and recommended the Final Dividend @ Rs. 52.50/- (525%) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each from the Distributable Profit for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 , subject to approval of shareholders in AGM.
