TTK Prestige Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of directors of TTK Prestige Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share i.e. 350% for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 66 Annual General Meeting of the Company. The company had paid an interim dividend of Rs.2.50 per share during February 2022. The total dividend for the financial year 2021-22 will be Rs. 6/- per share.
