Weizmann Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Weizmann Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 27th May, 2022 have considered and recommended Dividend @ 5% i.e Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the Shareholders subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Weizmann Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2634 in over 135 trades.
