Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Ltd at their meeting held on 27th May 2022 recommended a final dividend of 30% on the equity capital (Rs.3/- per share) and special dividend of 30% on the equity capital (Rs.3/- per share) of the company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2022 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
