Radhe Developers India Ltd Board recommends Bonus Issue & approves Sub-division of equity shares

The Board of Directors of Radhe Developers India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has considered and approved the issue of (1:1) 1 Bonus Shares for every 1 equity shares held by the equity shareholders of the Company as on a Record Date to be fixed thereon. The bonus issue of equity shares is subject to the approval of the shareholders and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required.

The board also considered and approved the proposal for Split/sub-division of Company's (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- Each.
