Bharat Rasayan Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Bharat Rasayan Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, has decided to recommend a final dividend @15%, i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share on the fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. However, the final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share recommended on May 26, 2022 would be payable after the approval of the said final dividend by the shareholders of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
