Hindustan Composites Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Composites Limited at its meeting held on 26th May, 2022, has recommended the payment of dividend on Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid / dispatched between 7th October, 2022 to 20th October, 2022.
