The Board of directors of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 11.75 per share (235% of face value of Rs.5/- per share) for the financial year ended 31st March 2022, on the paid up equity shares of the Company to the members, subject to members approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
