Polyplex Corporation Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 21

The Board of Directors of Polyplex Corporation Limited have proposed payment of Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 21/- (Rupees Twenty One) per equity share of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22, which would be paid after its declaration in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), within the prescribed time frame. Date of AGM and Book Closure would be announced in due course.
