Pearl Global Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Pearl Global Industries Ltd at its Meeting held on May 25, 2022, have considered and declared an interim dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22. The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to those Members entitled thereto. (ii) Record Date fixed on Friday, June 3, 2022 for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for such Interim Dividend.
