The Sandesh Ltd skips final dividend for FY2022

The Board of directors of The Sandesh Ltd has not recommended any final dividend for F.Y. 2021-22. The Board has considered the interim dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e.@ 50% of Face Value) declared at the Board Meeting held on February 11, 2022 during the F.Y. 2021-22, as the final dividend for the F.Y. 2021-22 and the same is to be confirmed at the ensuing 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of The Sandesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 719.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 732.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 148 in over 25 trades.
