Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, has recommended a final Dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 2.5/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
